Ray Reardon was a senior lecturer in art at Deakin University in Geelong. He is still a practising artist and he has exhibited his surreal paintings in Australia and overseas. Many art awards for paintings and etchings enabled exhibitions in established galleries.
Ray has also developed a unique program for managing stress. His way of relaxing meditation is quite universal, natural and accessible. The practice can help the mind rest and regenerate, cope better and avoid stress.
