App Store Description

Hi – We’re Let’s Date, the free and beautifully simple way to meet new people. We find you the best dates by studying your reactions to dating profiles to quickly learn who your best match is.

Your browsing is always 100% anonymous and only when two people both like each other, we reveal your interest. This removes all fear of rejection and fixes the dreaded online dating process. We are not a “hook up” app, but rather a slick and easy-to-use way to go on casual dates with the “right” people.

How It Works:

1. Create your dater card by logging in with Facebook.
- It takes less than 2 Minutes.
- We will NEVER post anything to your wall.
2. Anonymously browse dater cards.
3. Tap “Let’s Date” on those you like or “No Thanks” to skip.
4. When two people tap “Let’s Date” on each other, it’s a match!
5. Chat with your matches inside the app.
6. We’ll suggest a place to meet
7. Go on a Date!

Yes, It’s that easy…

Here is what the press is saying:

“Designed to be touched, the app is a thing of beauty, and it possesses the kind of qualities that may make you question your relationship with other dating applications.” – Jennifer Van Grove/CNET

“Would you relish the idea of your phone buzzing non-stop with potential suitors? If you need a date tonight, a new app called “Let’s Date” is launching today in cities like New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Forget the extended courtship period — this app cuts to the chase, no back and forth messages or planning required.” – Christina Farr/VENTUREBEAT

“I'm not so sure that I would use dating apps as my primary approach to seeking love, but if I did, I'd likely stick to Let's Date… I've even recommended Let's Date to two friends since I tried it.” – Rosa Golijan/TODAY.COM

“How often have you shared your dating site profile on Instagram? I’m assuming never. And this is one of the most promising signs for Let’s Date, a new dating app that launched publicly today out of Science Inc.: users are sharing their profiles on Instagram. Because they aren’t embarrassed. They want to show them off  – because Let’s Date profiles are pretty darn cool.” – Kira Newman/TECHCOCKTAIL

“Ever worry that the guy you're talking to online sounds too good to be true? In the world of online dating it's entirely possible. But the added security of dating apps that require log-ins via Facebook at least make it that much harder to "catfish" someone or create a profile under an assumed name. Let's Date, for example, requires members to have been on Facebook for at least a year, with a minimum of 50 friends. We "Like" those odds.” – Amanda Macmillan/SELF.COM

“Creating an account on Let’s Date is a pretty different experience compared to most other dating sites (at least the ones I’ve used). Rather than treating this as something walled off from your online identity, you connect the app to Facebook, and in fact it needs to be a “real” Facebook account — you need to have more than 50 friends and log in to your account at least once a year.” – Anthony Ha/TECHCRUNCH
