App Store Description

The Hub is a membership community for people learning to rebuild after narcissistic abuse, emotional neglect, or toxic family dynamics.

Whether you’re just beginning to understand how your upbringing shaped your patterns, or you’ve been doing the work for years, The Hub offers structured, ongoing support to help you unlearn survival strategies, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels more like yours.

You don’t need to have gone no contact. You don’t need a diagnosis or an explanation. You don’t need to prove your pain. If you’re carrying the emotional weight of having to manage a parent, partner, or caregiver’s moods, needs, or rage -this space was built with you in mind.

The Hub focuses specifically on the impact of narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships, with content and tools that help you:

* Make sense of your experiences without minimising them

* Identify and shift the patterns you developed to stay safe or stay small

* Build emotional strength, self-trust, and a clearer sense of identity

* Feel supported and understood by people who genuinely get it

Created by Helen Villiers, a psychotherapist who specialises in narcissistic abuse and complex relational trauma, The Hub blends psychoeducation with practical tools and community support, so you can do the work in a way that’s sustainable and self-led.

There’s no pressure to show up a certain way. You can move at your own pace and come back to the content as often as you need.

Inside the app, you’ll find:

* Expert-led courses on topics like boundaries, emotional regulation, shame, trust, people-pleasing, rejection, nervous system healing, self-worth, and identity.
* Live Q&A calls every two weeks, with replays always available. Optional upgrade to include bespoke coaching calls for problem-solving
* A private, supportive community with spaces for reflection, connection, and questions - judgement-free and fun
* Early access to The Liberation Effect podcast (two days before public release)
* Full access to our Expert Series, featuring in-depth conversations with therapists, researchers, and survivors on key areas of trauma and recovery

Who is The Hub for?

The Hub is for anyone impacted by narcissistic abuse, emotionally immature caregivers, controlling relationships, or covert abuse. Many members identify with terms like people-pleasing, hyper-independence, emotional neglect, CPTSD, or being the family scapegoat - but you don’t need a label to belong here.
It’s for those who want to understand themselves more clearly, feel less alone, and have access to steady, grounded support, alongside a community that understands.

What makes it different?

The Hub isn’t just content, it’s a space that understands the exhaustion of trying to hold everything together while wondering if maybe you were the problem all along.
There are no expectations here, no pressure to “fix” yourself. Just space to be curious, to feel what you feel, and to learn how your past is showing up in your present - so you can begin to change it.

Join The Hub. Reconnect with who you were always meant to be.
