Life Balance Matrix Tool

The Life Balance Matrix app is a training tool for the Integral Life Practice (ILP). Quickly and easily create a balanced training plan from over 300 selected practices. The plan will be automatically transferred into the standard iCal calendar that fully synchronizes with other calendars.

The tool further includes an audio player for integral states awareness training providing stimulating brainwave and biofield entrainment sound modules from iAwake Technologies, a guided meditation for your training wish, impulses for self-reflection of your time frame and your life balance as well as an extensive library of links to video, audio and web resources for Integral Life Practice.

The Life Balance Matrix is powered by Ken Wilber's integral operating system (IOS) which is one of the most powerful mindset for personal growth available today.
