HOW IT WORKS
1) Open the app to see Today’s Challenge and the countdown.
2) Do the thing. Take an image as proof (screenshot or photo).
3) Post your proof within 24 hours to earn points and protect your streak.
4) After you post, your friends’ proofs unlock so you can see how they did it.
5) Share the challenge with friends and invite them — earn points when they join.


WHAT YOU’LL DO (EXAMPLES)
• Walk 10,000 steps — post a step-count screenshot.
• Watch or read an interview with someone who has your dream job — post a screenshot + one-line takeaway.
• Schedule a future email to yourself — post the scheduled-email screenshot.
• Look up when your last annual checkup was. If it's been over a year, drop and do 10 pushups.

• Invite friends right from the challenge screen; your code gives you points.
• Share to social in two taps with prefilled text.


RESPECT & SAFETY
• You control what you post. Crop or blur sensitive info before uploading.
• Report/Block is built-in; reported content is automatically hidden. Users with multiple reports will be reviewed for removal.
• Keep proof images safe and kind; no dangerous or hateful content allowed.
