The Lifestyle Medicine ME Food Tracking App is a niche Lifestyle Medicine tool developed by Lifestyle Medicine Provider, Jessica Krol, FNP, DipACLM to help clients build pattern awareness so that we can build nutritionally complete whole-food plant-based plates. While other available Apps do not allow communities to seamlessly connect and interact, the Lifestyle Medicine ME Food Tracking App connects active members to make joining the group effortless.
