The game board is divided into black grids and unlit light bulbs
The black grid may contain numbers or may not contain:
The black grid containing numbers represents the total number of lights on top, bottom, left, right, excluding the diagonal direction
There is no limit to the number of lights around the black grid that does not contain numbers.

It is necessary to turn on some of the unlit light bulbs so that the entire panel can be illuminated, but the bulbs cannot illuminate each other
The light from the bulb can pass horizontally or vertically through the disc, but it will be broken by the black grid.
