The Limassol Marina App is a mobile application that transforms smartphones into secure digital keys, enabling contactless access to multiple entry points within the Limassol Marina community. Tailored for residents, staff, and authorized personnel, the app provides a controlled, reliable, and user-friendly way to manage access across the property.



Digital Access Card and QR Code:
Upon logging in, users are presented with a personalized digital access card that displays their identity and status, such as “Berth Holder.” The app prominently features a scannable QR code that can be used to gain access through gates, doors, or barriers. For added convenience, the digital card can also be added to Apple Wallet, enabling faster and more seamless entry using native device integrations.



Access Points:
The app provides a clear list of available access points. Users can manually unlock access points directly through the app, or automatic unlocking when near the access point if set in settings or activation via push notification. Each access point is secure and permission-based, ensuring that only authorized users can gain entry.


Access Settings:
Users have full control over how they interact with access points through a dedicated settings section. They can choose to open doors automatically, via push notification, or manually. Additionally, the app allows users to define proximity-based triggers ranging from 1 to 10 meters, enabling hands-free operation tailored to personal preferences and situational needs.


Visit History:
Every access event is recorded and displayed within the app, showing recent entries along with the associated location and timestamp. This visit history enables users to track their movements for added transparency, security, and peace of mind.


Settings & Preferences:
To enhance usability, the app offers a dark mode option that improves readability in low-light environments. A built-in notifications center keeps users informed about important events such as approved subscriptions or visit confirmations. Additionally, users can access the “Terms” and “About” sections within the app to better understand policies and usage guidelines.


Security & Convenience:
Security and ease-of-use are core to the Limassol Marina App. The QR code system allows for fast and secure identity verification at all access points. Integration with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet further enhances the user experience by offering quick access via native mobile tools. Access permissions are centrally managed, allowing administrators to grant or revoke entry based on a user’s role or subscription status.
