Limit Screen Time - AppStops

AppStops is a tool for limiting app and website overuse, controlling how you interact with them. It is designed from scratch for iPhone and iPad, allowing you to create and edit using basic tap and swipe gestures. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions after purchase, so you can use it without any additional costs.

▼ Block Apps by Time of Day
• Block apps from the start time to the end time.
• Allow apps from the start time to the end time and block them at all other times.
• Additionally, you can specify flexible schedules, such as “only during the 1st and 2nd weeks of every month” or “only in April every year.”

• Set a daily app usage limit, and block apps once the limit is reached.
• Set a weekly app usage limit, and block apps once the limit is reached.

▼ Block Apps by Focus
• Block apps based on the on/off status of Focus such as Work, Sleep and Personal.

▼ Block Apps with Timer
• Set a timer to block apps until the timer ends.

▼ Block Apps Manually
• Block apps manually from Control Center (*1), Action Button (*2) and Lock Screen (*3).

▼ Monitor Limit Life
• A Limit Life Widget shows how long apps have been used during the interval.

▼ Save & Load iCloud Saved Data
• You can add up to 10 appstops at a time, and by using the iCloud Saved Data feature, you can store even more appstops.
