App Store Description
Are you a regular visitor to DTU Campus in Lyngby (Copenhagen)? Maybe you’re a student, employee, or someone else who frequently visits the campus? If so, download the LINC app and become a test passenger in the LINC self-driving shuttles at DTU from 2021, and ride for free on campus.
Downloading the app you agree that researchers behind LINC contact you in order to explore how passengers perceive and adapt to self-driving shuttles, how the shuttles can become part of our cities and how we ensure an operation that suits the needs of passengers. You also accept that the app tracks your movements on the restricted area of DTU Campus Lyngby. In the app you can always withdraw your consent to participate as a test passenger.
Besides free transport on campus the app provides you with several benefits:
- Find your journey with LINC shuttles throughout DTU campus - based on your current position and with the option to see all the shuttles on route
- "Click on shuttle" - a click to check what is the time table, origin and destination of the clicked shuttle
- "Click on stop" - a click on the stop near you shows the next shuttle scheduled
- “Click on shuttle route-button” - a click on the shuttle route-button will allow you to see the route of interest and the shuttles active between origin and destination of this route
- See delays or cancellations on your shuttles journeys
Furthermore LINC uses the app to send you surveys from researchers behind LINC enabling you to provide feedback on your journey and contribute to the LINC project.
