LINE WORKS AiNote” is a service that can ‘transcribe’ audio recordings of meetings and interviews through the use of AI technology. It uses highly accurate AI voice recognition to understand the speaker, and can create a record of each participant's speech separately. By registering technical terms and words commonly used in the company, the accuracy of speech recognition improves with each use, making it useful in a variety of business situations. AiNote automatically eliminates “filler” words and converts them to text to ensure lean communication in both voice and text.

Transcription is possible not only from recordings made with the AiNote service, but also from uploaded audio files. Notes created from voice recordings can be easily shared with members via a URL, and the playback position can be specified, bookmarked, and highlighted to accurately convey important information.
