What is it about?

LiveOrLunge is basic health and fitness app meant to help people take short exercise breaks in-between long sedentary tasks such as video game play. The app is based around the practice of some video game players, doing a small number of bodyweight exercises in between deaths of multiplier or other such challenging games. The app merely asks for the player to select the minimum or maximum number of lunges they would like to perform and randomly picks a number of reps between that range. The player is also given the option to save the reps performed if they so choose and can look back at progress they have made.
