Local PiP

Usage:
1. Enter the app and click "+" in the upper left corner to add a video group;
2. After selecting the new group, click the plus sign on the right to add local video;
3. After adding local video, click play video to enter full screen play;
4. Click the picture in picture button on the player to start the picture in picture function immediately.
