How does it work?

Get started by setting up your weekly and yearly goals using the goal screen.
Track your activity each day and see how you are tracking against your weekly goals with the activity screen.
Use the progress screen to track your yearly progress and adjust your training schedule.

You can even set and check off three weekly training objectives to keep you focused for the weeks training.
