LoLo (Local Loyalty) Rewards

What is it about?

Local people receive free loyalty tokens when they join the LoLo app. On joining, the customer is given £20 of complimentary loyalty tokens. When the customer pays the bill they will use their mobile device to scan the QR code printed on the receipt. This will enable them to receive a pre-determined % discount off their bill with loyalty tokens and the remainder is paid using the business’s own payment system. After the customer completes the payment they will receive a message rewarding them with additional loyalty tokens and thanking them for their Local Loyalty. The customer will also be given the chance to earn additional loyalty tokens by completing a service and quality review on the business. Using our unique circular reward system, the customer will be rewarded with more loyalty tokens than were redeemed. The customer may save or redeem loyalty tokens at any time. The LoLo platform will be available in a wide range of categories including cafés, hairdressing salons, dry cleaners, mechanics, dentists, plumbers, general retailers, restaurants and many more.
