Get to the heart of your practice. Lotus Bud’s foundation is aligned with the foundation of your practice; simple meditation. Just pick a length and press play. It’s the way it should be. Use the standard Timed mode, Untimed, for more of a challenge, or Until a specified time, great for when you’ve got some time before leaving the house in the morning.

Go deeper. Tailor your meditation for more in-depth practice by grouping multiple sessions together. Add as many sessions as you want, mixing and matching Timed and Untimed sessions in any way that meets your needs as a meditator.
