With the LoveLocal:BCP merchant application, merchants can create and manage everything relating to their LoveLocal store, marketing and promotions, customer orders, and management reporting.
Create a profile, then create and configure your store by adding opening and closing times, creating product catalogs along with quality product images, detailed descriptions, and specifying add-ons and extras. It is easy to change pricing and listing visibility, by inventory level or by the time of day. Do you want to ensure breakfast menus are only available before a set time? To control where you are willing to deliver to, set the delivery charge by the distance, levy a fixed delivery fee, or even waive the delivery cost for orders over a certain minimum spend? All can be done with ease.
Once paid, customer orders are routed through to your LoveLocal merchant application for processing. Orders can be managed within the app or printed out if you prefer. Create standard processing rules to save time: order pick times, meal preparation times, and even driver arrival times from order acceptance. But in the event, if something happens and these need to be changed, you can easily do so directly within the LoveLocal merchant app – even, in exceptional circumstances, cancel and refund a customer order.
