LS Fit is an Online Health & Fitness Coaching app, designed specifically for the busy Mom or woman looking to change her body by learning to work out correctly, learning to eat foods that you love while seeing results that you keep. With my app, you have me, Lindsay Saenz, guiding you to eat in a way that serves your goals and move in a way that makes you feel your best. I build programs customized to you whether you are a beginner, an ex-athlete, or even for the moms of athletes who just want to keep up with their kiddos.

Here at LS Fit, we take daily habits, learning about your foods by tracking whether that's tracking macros, or portion control, and setting weekly goals as the top priority when it comes to making a healthy life change. You will be able to track all of your daily habits and more inside my app.

Accountability- I believe accountability is what keeps you going and holds you to taking action, I use a daily accountability habit check-in as well as weekly check-ins that dig into your mindset so we can stay open and honest with each other and find out what works for your lifestyle because what works for some doesn't work for everyone.
