With the new LTG online training platform you will now be able to train anywhere around the world. Whether you prefer to train in the gym, at home, or even outside. The LTG fitness app will be able to create the best workout programs that are suitable for you.

The LTG fitness program offers a platform created to give you the best one on one training experience that will get you to your fitness goals. Everything included in your LTG training program will be tailored to your needs. This is not a one size fits all training program.
We understand that everyone's body is different and will need specific requirements to make sure that you are receiving the best training possible. You will be in good hands with Coach AO.
You also will get a FREE TRIAL session! All clients will be able to receive a 7 day trial session where you will be able to experience and see the structure of the training platform.
The LTG App has 450 different demonstration videos with Coach AO demonstrating every exercise. Also included is over 180 different meal videos for your meal plans. Each meal has a 1 minute tutorial video along with instructions on how to cook each meal.
Some of the other amazing tools that are included in the app consists of:
*Personalized workouts- With the LTG fitness App you will receive weekly workouts tailored to “you” and your needs. Frequent tweaks may even be done during the week if needed.
*One on one video calls- Connect with Coach AO through Bi weekly one-on-one video calls to evaluate progress, exercise techniques, nutrition, and more. This will all be done through the LTG Fitness App.
*Customized Meal Plans- You will receive meal plans based on your dietary preferences. We will be able to make updates to your meal plan to ensure you get to eat what you like while still keeping your meals healthy.
*Apple watch & Fit bit- Connect your wearable fitness device with the app. This will allow you and your trainer to track your daily activity levels and workout metrics. These metrics will include heart rate, steps, and calories burned.
*Weekly Check- Ins- Through the LTG Fitness App you will have check-ins with weekly photos and measurements to keep track of your progress. You will also be able to communicate with your trainer through the app chat service throughout your week for assistance.
