Lucidea Inventory Manager

Scan an object’s barcode or scan a location’s barcode to retrieve object records you wish to include in your inventory.

Lucidea Inventory Manager is a companion to the Lucidea Argus Museum Collections Management System for museum and gallery managers. Using your iPhone or tablet camera, you can scan the barcode of an object or enter the object ID to track that object as found during your inventory. Record your inventory findings for several collection objects at one time by scanning the location barcode or by entering a location ID on the Multi-Inventory tab.

The Lucidea Inventory Manager app gives you control over your collection, allowing you to track whether objects have been found (or not) during inventory, and/or whether any further action is required for an object. Select follow up recommendations from a customizable dropdown so you can review and revise your collection records in ways that matter to you and your organization.

Other features of the app include being able to track who is performing the inventory check (can be set to yourself in default settings, or changed to another staff member as needed), recording the date of the inventory check, and adding any notes.

Setup is simple. Just scan a QR code, then log into your Argus system using the same Login ID and password that you use to access Argus with your web browser.
