Our application provides users with the ability to maintain their homes using an AI assistant. Firstly, users can receive maintenance tasks with step-by-step instructions, making it easier for them to perform these tasks. Secondly, users can select specific actions for each task, such as setting reminders for a week later or hiding tasks they are currently unable to complete. This feature helps users avoid feeling overwhelmed by the number of assigned tasks when they are unavailable.

Thirdly, users can describe and provide additional information about the features/systems in their homes, allowing them to customize the tasks assigned based on their preferences. They can add or reject features, which will adjust the number of tasks assigned accordingly.

Fourthly, users can assess the overall status of their homes using the Home Health Score metric. This metric is updated in real-time based on the user's actions. If a task is not completed and becomes overdue, the score will decrease. Conversely, completing tasks improves the score.

Fifthly, users can view other statistical metrics such as the number of features in their home and the number of tasks completed within a given time frame. This allows users to track their task progress and monitor their Home Health Score.
