- You decide the daily rate, duration & conditions
- You choose to accept or decline all rental requests
- Chat and communicate with your potential renter and safely interact through the app
- Once your rental is complete, the money is deposited in your bank account
- Users will be validated and reviewed, as trust is a key pilar of this community
