After downloading the MeshApp, users can create a profile and seamlessly pair their pre-purchased MeshTag(s). To initiate pairing, simply bring the MeshTag near a smart device with the MeshApp installed, press the MeshTag button to activate it, and the app will immediately detect the unique tracker number. The user can then select and pair the device effortlessly.

MeshTags can be integrated into clothing or accessories using various methods provided by the Mesh brand, such as ironing on a MeshPatch or MeshPocket. Alternatively, pre-embedded products like the MeshTee are available for easy use. MeshTags utilize Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, which differs from GPS. While it doesn't rely on GPS, BLE enables efficient and reliable communication between the MeshTag and the MeshApp, providing precise location data within the range of nearby devices. This makes it ideal for tracking loved ones in environments like homes, schools, or parks.

The MeshApp allows users to invite others into their MeshCircle, enabling the sharing of GeoMesh data. MeshTags continuously send real-time location updates to the app, helping reduce the risk of wandering and getting lost. Caregivers can collaborate by creating a MeshCircle, where they can view and monitor multiple individuals simultaneously. For example, one MeshApp user can pair up to six MeshTags, and within a MeshCircle, they can also view the MeshTags paired by others. This feature is particularly useful in larger institutions where caregivers need to monitor multiple vulnerable individuals at once.

The MeshApp gives users full control over their MeshCircle, allowing them to add or remove members as needed. Users within the same MeshCircle can choose whether to disclose their MeshTag locations (GeoMesh) to others, and they can request or decline access to view another user's GeoMesh. Additionally, the app provides a secure text messaging function, enabling prompt communication in case someone goes missing. This collaborative technology empowers caregivers to quickly locate missing individuals, offering peace of mind and reliable support.
