NOTE: Use of M3Connect requires a registered account from M3Clinician.com.

M3Connect is an application that allows clinician offices to use the iPad to securely collect behavioral health symptoms from patients in the waiting room or exam room, by connecting to your M3Clinician account. No paper forms or manual data entry of responses (like with the PHQ-9 or GAD-7). This simple interface allows the office staff to enter patient identifying information, allow for patient confirmation, and then enable the patient to confidentially complete the 3-minute M3 Checklist questionnaire on the iPad. The information then automatically flows into the patient's account. Each use generates a unique patient record saved in a HIPAA compliant environment. We provide a Business Associates Agreement with each account.

The M3 Clinician is a secure, encrypted, HIPAA-compliant portal used by clinicians and researchers to screen and track symptomatic progress of mental health conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and anxiety disorders, with additional SBIRT modules for alcohol and substance use disorders. The M-3 Checklist is a patient-completed, 27-item tool was shown to effectively screen for multiple psychiatric disorders in primary care. To learn more about the M-3 Checklist, see m3information.com or m3clinician.com, or look up the 2010 research article in the Annals of Family Medicine (Gaynes et al., "Feasibility and Diagnostic Validity of the M-3 Checklist: A Brief, Self-Rated Screen for Depressive, Bipolar, Anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders in Primary Care").
