The MA eFOG is a technical reference for emergency communications planning and for radio technicians responsible for radios that will be used in disaster response. It includes rules and regulations for use by the State of Massachusetts and other interoperability channels, tables of frequencies and standard channel names, and other reference material.

The MA eFOG mobile app is an electronic reference of the Massachusetts Interoperability Field Operations Guide. The MA eFOG is a technical reference for emergency communications planning and for radio technicians responsible for radios that will be used in disaster response. It includes rules and regulations for use by the State of Massachusetts and other interoperability channels, tables of frequencies and standard channel names, and other reference material.
The MA eFOG mobile app gives users easy access to public safety communications information, offering a content index with links for quick jumps to reference sections, tables, figures, or images. The ability to save Favorites and create in-line notes enables personalized access to critical information. MA eFOG can be downloaded and then taken to the field as an offline reference, to be used without the need of an Internet connection.
MA eFOG was developed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) under the Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (ICTAP).
