Application will be used by the public to report issues related to Point of
Sales terminals and mada standards. The application will be developed in native and the
features of this mobile applications are: -
A. The mobile application requires registration and user has to login to report issues using
the app.
B. The mobile application is developed in native and it will have offline support also. If
internet is not available the issue submitted will be saved in the mobile memory and once
it is connected by the internet the issue will be submitted.
C. The application require GPS as mandatory to run the application.
D. A drop down will be provided in the app to list the issues. These issues will be mapped
with Tawasul Incident Management System.
E. Public can select more than one issue and submit. They can submit the issues in the form
of text, audio, videos and its combination. 
F. Whenever the issue is submitted the GPS location is determined and issue cannot be
submitted without enabling the GPS sensor.
G. A unique issue number will be provided for each issue submitted by the public.
H. Public can check the status of his issues in the app.

How the system will work:
Once an issue is submitted by the public, an issue id will be generated.  Every issue submitted
by public is identified by a unique issue id.  Once the issue is submitted the admin will be able
to see the issue on admin panel. The list of issues can be exported in excel format and provided
to the auditors. They need to identify the locations by checking the GPS coordinates.
When a survey is done by an auditor all the related issue ids will be entered in the form
of comma separated values. If the issue is not found, the tickets will be automatically closed and
a notification will be sent to customer. If the issue is not resolved all the similar issues id
are linked to a single ticket number. So, here a linking will be established between
the dashboard tickets and the issues ids.
