- Users can navigate using BLE Beacons that is already setup in various location.
- Database admin can control site admin's access.
- Database admin can manage all beacon configs on the database.
- Users can sign-up to become a site admin, but database admin will approve the application.
- Site admin can manage the beacon configs that they have access to.
