This will ensure that the free SHS policy and its components are fully implemented and where there are gaps the feedback loop will assist the Ministry of Education to have corrective measures.
The above aims will be achieved by establishing a framework that seeks to work closely with civil society, citizens, sector agencies to support government in ensuring smooth implementation of the FREE SHS programme.
