MakeItBookable

MakeItBookable is ideal for individuals and organisations looking to make their resources available for booking.
For example, a tennis club manager can offer members the ability to book tennis courts, or a hairdresser can allow customers to reserve appointments for haircuts.

REGISTRATION AND ROLES
To use MakeItBookable, users must first register with their email address.
They then choose one of the following two roles:
-Resource Manager: For users who manage resources within an organisation.
-Consumers: For users who wish to book resources from an organisation.

AS A RESOURCE MANAGER, follow these steps to make your resources bookable:
1. Create an organisation (one-time setup): When registering, you can create a new organisation.
MakeItBookable generates an "Org-Code" which you provide to your consumers so they can book your organisation's resources.
You can also choose to mark your organisation as "public," making it visible to prospective users during registration.
If your organisation has multiple resource managers, you can register with the Org-Code to join it.
2. Define capabilities: Capabilities describe the services a resource offers, including a name, duration (in minutes), and optionally a start time (within an hour).
3. Create resources: Resources are simply described by a name, such as "Tennis Court 1," "Hairdresser Claus," or "Apartment 5 on Muster Street 1."
4. Set availability: Resource managers can make their resources bookable by defining time slots and linking them to capabilities.
Availability can be set for specific working hours, days of the week, or customised time periods.

AS A CONSUMER, you register with an organisation using an "Org-Code" that you have received.
Or with a "public organisation" if its resource managers have chosen to make it visible to all MakeItBookable users.
After logging in, consumers can create and manage bookings.

Notifications of new bookings or changes are automatically sent directly through the app.
A time slot booked by a consumer is not available to other consumers anymore.
