【アプリの使い方】
1. 買い物と持ち物から作成するリストを選択します。
2. それぞれのビューで＋ボタンをタップして品物や持ち物を入力しリストを作成します。
3. 作成したリストは、「保存」「読込」「リセット」の３ボタンで管理します。
4. 編集ボタンをタップすれば、リストの取消・削除やリスト内での移動が可能です。
