Report and document machine breakdowns, easily create and assign tickets, chat with customers through the chat function, easily access the machine and spare parts documentation and report and analyze after-sales services. Most importantly, they can invite their customers to use the Makula app for facilities, which can be used to create tickets for machine break-downs or spare parts requests, consult machine documentation and previously documented issues, and chat with the service engineers, among others.
