Voted 2011 top 50 apps for moms by Babbel
Listed top 10 parenting app by parents.com in October.

Marble Jar is a little app with a big purpose. Raising responsible, competent kids is every parent's wish and with Marble Jar, it doesn't have to be a struggle. Big goals break down into small steps that kids enjoy practicing. Choose a goal, set up a jar (or jars), and track your progress with marbles. Celebrate together when the jar is full!

WAYS TO USE IT:

1. Short-term benefits like checklists
(getting out of the house in the morning) or
unlocking a privilege (earning a camping
trip, later bedtime, or cell phone).

2. Long-term benefits like personal
improvement (becoming a better friend,
caring for the environment, etc.).

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Inspired by Parenting On Track™ and
based on the fun family game of
collecting marbles for
family accomplishments, marble jar
is super easy to use, and has immediate celebration.

Marbles represent the actions your

family takes to achieve their goal. For each action you can slide the marble slider to determine how many marbles your kid can earn. When practicing for a sleepover, you might want your daughter to go to bed calmly 10 times, include her brother 3 times, and prepare her room once. Marble jar will create a 15 marble jar for you, and you can both enjoy her sleepover when she is through!

IT’S EASY! DECIDE TOGETHER:

> What do we call our jar?

> What’s our goal?

> What/how many individual
actions (marbles) should it take
to reach our goal?

Create as many jars as you like –

then keep track together!

HELPS IN THE LONG RUN, TOO

The tangible incentive your kids are
working toward may be a video game,
but the long-term, natural consequence
could be that they learn to cooperate,
save money, play outside, respect

others’ property, etc.

BE A BETTER PARENT

We want to help families improve. Parents
and kids can use our fun, versatile app
together, and open the door for families to
discuss what they want to get better at and
what they’d like to achieve. This may be
something tangible like a cell phone or a
camping trip, or it may involve larger issues
like what it means to be a good friend or
how we take care of our planet.

NOT JUST FOR KIDS!

Use marble jar to keep yourself on
track, too. Jars can be built for
household tasks, saving for vacations,
measuring your carbon footprint,
sticking to a diet, committing to

more quiet time, you name it. It’s

fun and functional for kids and adults alike!
