This application enables customers of Masergy Communications to manage and control their network services in real-time.
Use our award-winning Masergy Intelligent Service Control (ISC) application to easily manage your Masergy services anywhere in the world from any iOS device. Increase or decrease bandwidth settings within your contracted bandwidth range in real-time, submit new trouble tickets, check the status of open and closed tickets and view planned maintenance that could impact your sites.
Masergy ISC makes overseeing and adjusting network settings simple and easy – all from your iPhone or iPad.
Note: An existing account with Masergy Communications is a prerequisite for the use of this application.
