These cards are designed to help people be able to identify good parts, and difficult parts of the day. We know that kids often can’t identify what has gone wrong in the day. These cards are not to help resolve the difficulties, mainly to identify areas that may have caused distress. This app is only for tracking scenarios, it does not provide intervention.

To use this app:
Do not attempt this activity if you are still upset, angry, frustrated or in a meltdown.
Go through each Mason the Brave card, and choose ‘Yes, No or Maybe’ depending on if this has happened
Show a parent, or teacher, support worker or therapist so they can help you to work out how to be brave and find solutions to these difficulties.
