The interactive Master Fear of Flying (MFOF) program offers personalised psychological treatment to overcome your fear of flying.

Developed by two leading clinical psychologists and experts in the treatment of anxiety and phobias, MFOF draws on clinically proven and research-backed approaches to overcoming anxiety disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Immersive Exposure Therapy.

Treatment is delivered via a convenient mobile app for your iPhone, iPad or iPod. So you can get help for your fears when you need it most:

• At home weeks before your flight
• At the airport waiting to board your flight
• Even while you are in the air during the flight (yes that will be you!)

Your treatment begins with an interactive 'fear diagnostic' process that identifies your personal psychological fear profile:

• The specific fears you have about flying
• How your fear is created (the situations and environments that trigger you)
• The thoughts, feelings and beliefs running through your mind that support your fear
• And the actions you take that re-enforce your fear (sabotaging your ability to overcome it)

Once the app has created you fear profile, MFOF will prescribe a personalised treatment program to overcome your specific fears.

Depending on your individual fears, thoughts, beliefs and actions, a number of features and tools in the MFOF app will be used in your Personal Recovery Plan:

• Interactive Recovery Tracks teach you powerful strategies and effective psychological techniques to master your fears
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps you understand your fears and the subconscious thoughts and beliefs driving it (while giving you new ways of thinking and feeling about your fear)
• Immersive Therapy tracks place you in common situations that trigger your fear (such as the airport) to systematically reduce your fear response through repeated exposure
• The thought record diary is used to track their thoughts over time. Giving you more awareness over their thoughts, it also provides a measure to track your recovery
• Safety behaviour tracks help you understand the behaviours you use to deal with your fear (for example drinking before the flight) and gives you techniques to
