How can I catch a ride?

DOWNLOAD THE APP: Get started by downloading the May Mobility app.

BOOK A RIDE: Using the May Mobility app, find the nearest pick up location and request a vehicle. Need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle? Make sure your app has “Wheelchair Accessibility” enabled.

GET PICKED UP: The app will tell you when a May Mobility vehicle is on its way and let you know when it arrives. Check the license plate to confirm it’s the right vehicle, hop in, and check in by scanning the QR code in the vehicle with the app. For wheelchair users, our Autonomous Vehicle Operator (AVO) will assist you with boarding and securing your wheelchair.

ENJOY THE RIDE: Have any questions about the technology in the vehicle or our operations, or want local recommendations? Our AVOs are happy to help! You can follow your trip using the in-vehicle tablet.
