“Me vs. Stress” program is designed to help adapt to this new reality, to bring back emotional stability, inner balance, will to act and to live a full life in spite of the circumstances.

Program is developed on the basis of scientifically proven protocols to fight stress, anxiety and depression. The course is designed for 30+ days.

Daily you get a list of simple tasks that build a set of skills helping to reduce stress, improve your mood, sleep, overall well-being and create a supportive atmosphere. When you do the tasks, you get a gift - a great stress relief game to enjoy.

Some of the tasks are designed to strengthen healthy habits and hence are regularly repeated throughout the course.

Why these 7 areas?

Health
“Health” tasks (both physical and emotional health) help to improve the overall feel good and resistance to stress. Numerous studies show that deterioration of health leads to lower stress tolerance and increases risks of developing a depression. Creating small positive routines related to quality of eating, caring for one’s health and prevention of emotional burnout and fatigue, strengthens overall emotional stability, improves health and creates a more optimistic attitude.

Activity
“Activity” tasks help to improve one’s mood, overall health and resistance to stress. Physical exercise get one’s brain to generate neurotransmitters that improve mood and reduce the blood content of cortisol - the stress hormone. These physical changes reduce negative feelings and thoughts.
