What is it about?
The app will be used for completing MEA EnergyU performance evaluation forms (PEFs). The evaluator will use the app online or offline to conduct evaluations, often in association with an operator qualification task requirements. Syncing will update forms and employees on the device, and also upload any evaluations completed while offline. New hires may also be added on the fly. Forms may be set up to capture photos of completed steps, photos of employees, and evaluator and employee signatures. Evaluation completion data is displayed in EnergyU reports and on employee badge scans. Photos and signatures are included in the PDF version of the completed form. This app provides documentation for meeting the qualification guidelines.
