** Set up your profile - set current weight, height, age, and gender, choose daily activity level and Mealch will define the number of calories needed to support your weight

** Each time eating something add it to the meal: seek for appropriate products in the database and add more if missing

** Each time performing activity: biking, running, gym or just walking, - add activity and Mealch will take it into account in the total amount of calories

** Mealch will subtract consumed calories from the total amount for the day and display on the main indicator so that you easily see when to stop

** If you want to decrease weight - always leave some green calories each day. The more calories left - the less wait is

** Mealch will recommend how many calories to consume for the meal
