The Medallia Digital companion mobile app is the on-the-go tool for managing your voice of customer program and acting on customer feedback in real-time. Using a simple, clean and purpose-driven interface, you can:
• Review feedback responses in real-time
• Filter responses
• Act on feedback items (forward, flag, tag, etc)
• View feedback dashboard with your main KPIs
• Manage your surveys - publish and unpublish surveys

Note that only individuals in companies that have deployed Medallia Digital can use this app.
