Medisattva

MediSattva is a mobile health app that helps patients with critical diseases to identify and resolve prescription errors.

How it Works?
The users may upload the photos of prescription and medicine(strip) received from hospital, pharmacy or online as a verification request. Medisattva pharmacists(Verifiers) would receive an alert notification of this. Each verification request from User will be reviewed by 2 pharmacists. Once reviewed, the user would receive a notification to check the Verifier's approval or rejection(with error details)

Benefits:
This would help the users take required measures incase there are any errors between prescription and received medicine.

- Health Awareness videos: For more awareness among users, there is a video page that contains direct access links Health Awareness videos on Medisattva youtube channel.
- Report an Error: Feel free to share if you have faced a medication error in the past. It is a common yet critical issue and we would like to share this awareness through real stories from our users.
- Verification History(User): The App also includes User and Verifier history for requests submitted and reviewed(with results), providing a comprehensive record of interactions for both parties.
- Support: Users can access a dedicated support page to connect with MediSattva for assistance.
- Language Support: While the app supports both English and Hindi languages, enhancing accessibility for a diverse user base in India.

MediSattva is a platform that enables users to validate their medicines through a Verifier, ensuring accuracy and safety in medication management. Through this service, users can get their prescribed medicine verified promoting responsible healthcare practices.
