Medusa Mobile supports four major areas in Medusa; Equipment, Service Requests, Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance.
Medusa Mobile utilizes your smart phones abilities to scan bar codes, get directions to suppliers, contacts and other organizations and of course email and call contacts.
Please be aware that Medusa version 6.62 or newer is needed to run Medusa Mobile. Service Requests are only enabled for Medusa installations with Help Desk.
We are working hard to continually implement more functionality, so keep an eye out for new versions!
