2. As an initiator, you can choose up to three participants from all candidates, chat with them for free and forever.
3. As a participant, you can chat with the initiator freely unless he /she pick out you. You can also purchase "Bingo time" to participate in the activities directly.
4. Enjoy a real-life local meetup after an online connection.
