MEA is a national, independent not for profit organisation dedicated to servicing the needs of the meetings & events industry and promoting professionalism and excellence in all aspects of meetings and event management. It also promotes the value and effectiveness of meetings and events as an important high-yield sector of business travel and tourism.

MEA's annual conference EVOLVE 2019 is the largest gathering of event organisers, PCOs, in-house event managers and special event managers from all sectors; corporate, association and government in Australia. The Conference is also attended by Australia’s experts in event production, marketing, technology, delivery and design, it is the only conference that brings together the whole of the industry to network and exchange ideas and experiences.

EVOLVE 2019 will include the ‘Event Marketplace’ which will run concurrently with the sessions and will be the hub of the Conference.
