MeLINKS - Menu of e-technology to enhance LINKage to care.
This app is developed for use by patients living with HIV. Designed by the HIV clinic within Barts Health NHS trust in collaboration with our patients. Barts health HIV service is one of the largest providers of HIV care in the UK.
Primarily for use of patients who access care in the Grahame Hayton unit clinic site based at the Royal London Hospital, but accessible to all to keep track of medications, test results and appointments.
This app lets you:
- Self-manage your HIV care
- Record current and past medication history of antiretroviral drugs
- Record side effects and reactions to medications
- Track blood results and keep a record of vaccinations and scan results
- Diarise medical appointments and record your mood
For patients of Barts health HIV service this app lets you also request repeat prescriptions of your antiretroviral medication and request appointments.
