At the Memorial Healthcare Wellness Center, we’re proud to offer you access to a full array of medically-based wellness initiatives that are delivered though trained professionals to assist you in reaching or maintain your fitness goals! Included within your monthly membership is full access to a wide variety of group fitness classes for all skill sets, state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, a 360 view walking/ jogging track, spa-feel locker rooms complete with personal showers and a steam room! Come relax in our heated therapy pool designed with specific member programs. Worried about what to do with the children while you enjoy the hour (or two) to yourself sipping your smoothie from our Café? We have you covered, with our drop in child care center. No need to scrounge for a few dollars, this added service is also included in your monthly membership! Onsite we also offer to our member’s personalized nutrition coaching with our dietitian team, targeted goal setting with our personal trainer team and an array of massage services with one of our massage therapist.
