Mercedes PRO connect

Note: Use of the Mercedes PRO connect requires an activated driver account. The Mercedes PRO connect App is intended exclusively for business persons in the exercise of their commercial or independent business activity.

For drivers with model year 2019 and newer Mercedes-Benz Sprinter/Freightliner Sprinter and model year 2020 and newer Mercedes-Benz Metris with communication module, the Mercedes PRO connect App gives you access to your vehicles from anywhere.

The Mercedes PRO connect App includes the following:

Vehicle Supervision:
The vehicle detail view keeps the drivers fully up to date at all times. They learn immediately when there is a warning for the particular assigned vehicle and can therefore react quickly.

Other functions:
The driver can use the Mercedes PRO connect to remotely lock or unlock the vehicle and switch the stationary heater on or off. Furthermore, the driver can be navigated to the parked vehicle.
