This smartphone app gives you on-the-go access to your MERT account.
The Mechanical and Electrical Redundancy Trust (MERT) was established in 1988 to safeguard the redundancy benefits of thousands of mechanical and electrical workers within the building and construction industry across Australia. Designed for MERT employee members, the app allows users to check your contributions, view previous claims, add or change bank details, beneficiaries, personal details and more.
It's easy to get started:
- Install the app
- Log in with your Member ID and password (the ones you use to log in to your online account)
- You will have the option to set up a 4-digit PIN for faster login
If you’re not already registered for internet access with MERT, you'll need to set it up before you can use the app. If you need a hand, just get in touch on 1800 023 692.
