Metrique is designed as a tool for architects and property owners in the Swiss construction context. It was developed by architects and is continuously being enhanced with additional features.
The app provides the necessary basis for meetings quickly and efficiently, especially on the go, but of course also in the office.

In this initial version, the following tools are integrated:

- Calculation of possible utilization and building volume based on the plot and the most important building law parameters.
- Initial rough estimation of construction costs per cubic meter.
- Calculation of the architect's fee based on the cost-determining construction expenses.
- Gross yield calculation for rental properties.
- Calculation of cost-based rent.
