A mobile application giving MG customers the convenience at their fingertips to access the after-sales services that MG offers to all our valued customers. This application is only available to the MG car Owners’.
This mobile application enables users to access the following functions:
• Roadside Assistance – Requests for Roadside Assistance Service 24/7 in the events of breakdowns or accidents. It has a cool feature that enables users to track the Provider’s roadmap on their mobile phone after their request was accepted.
• Service Appointment Booking – Allows the car owners to book service appointments with any MG Authorized Dealers where customers bought their vehicles or where their vehicles have been serviced before.
• News & Announcements – Allows users to receive timely information from MG pertaining to car care tips, campaigns, promotions, etc….
